Rosa Rodriguez Williams has devoted her life and career to help build communities where everyone feels they can fully participate, create, learn, engage, and thrive.  She is committed to and passionate about not only advancing organizational diversity and inclusion practices, but also on the development and uplifting of its people.  

Currently, Rosa is the Executive Director of the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion at Northeastern University whose mission is to value and celebrate diversity in all its forms. Prior to her current position, Rosa was the inaugural senior director of belonging and inclusion at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, where she assessed equity pressure points, built capacity, and facilitated solutions for departments across the museum. The first position of its kind and the esteemed institution.

She has dedicated her entire career ensuring that everyone – particularly those in marginalized populations feel included, welcomed, and accepted.
